NOTICE OF DISPOSITION OF LAND

New Westminster Amateur Radio Club Lease of a portion of the New Westminster Parks and Recreation Administration Office Building located in Moody Park

Pursuant to Section 26(3) of the Community Charter and in accordance with Section 94, the Corporation of the City of New Westminster hereby gives notice of its intention to lease to the New Westminster Amateur Radio Club a portion of the New Westminster Parks and Recreation Administration Office basement located in Moody Park.  The lease will be for the purpose of developing, operating and managing a not for profit amateur radio club.  The term of the lease will be one-year expiring December 31, 2021.  The Association will pay to the City a license fee of $50.00 for the one-year term.
