2022 Permissive Property Tax Exemptions

Section 227 of the Community Charter requires Council to provide Public Notice of Proposed Bylaw 8366, 2022 being a bylaw to grant a permissive property tax exemption to the following properties for the 2023 property taxation year.  

Section 224 of the Community Charter does not require notice of exemptions provided under section 224(2)(f) [buildings for public worship] and section 224(2)(h)[seniors' homes, hospitals or private schools].
