Notice of Disposition of Building Space

Tourism New West Lease of a single office space in Anvil Centre.

Pursuant to Section 26(3) of the Community Charter and in accordance with Section 94, the Corporation of the City of New Westminster hereby gives notice of its intention to lease to Tourism New West office space located on the Ground Floor of Anvil Centre. The lease will be for the purpose of Tourism New West business operations. The term of the lease will be 5 years expiring on March 1, 2026. Tourism New West will pay to the City a lease fee of $2,400 annually.
