Menstrual dispensers in civic facilities

The City committed to United Way of the Lower Mainland’s Period Promise Campaign to provide menstrual products in civic facilities, in order to increase access to menstruation products for vulnerable populations and help address period poverty in the community. Installation of dispenser units has been completed in female and universal washrooms at City Hall, Westminster Pier Park, Mercer Stadium, Queen's Park, the police station, and all Parks & Recreation facilities.
