NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD REGARDING THE CITY OF NEW WESTMINSTER’S 2020 ANNUAL REPORT

Meeting held electronically and open to public attendance in Council Chamber, at City Hall.

The 2020 Annual Report for the Corporation of the City of New Westminster will be presented at a Regular Council meeting at 6:00 pm on Monday, June 28, 2021 in a meeting held electronically via Zoom with public attendance.  An Opportunity to be Heard will be held during the meeting, at which the public is invited to make submissions or ask questions concerning this matter.

Speakers are encouraged to speak at the meeting by computer, smart device or phone:

Submissions received by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 will be included in the agenda package for the meeting.  Later submissions will be presented to Council on table at the meeting.  All submissions will be published.
